We offer free sports physicals for student athletes. Take advantage of this opportunity so your student athlete can be prepared to hit the field, court or gym as school athletics ramps up in the summer for the school year.

Genesis Orthopedic Sports Medicine offers free sports physicals for student athletes in several locations listed below. A parent or guardian must come to the appointment and bring a signed Ohio High School Athletic Association form.
