We have recently increased pay for nurses to better reflect the important work you do.
- Starting pay for new R.N. graduates: $34 per hour
- Top pay for R.N.s: $47.05 per hour
- Extra $1 per hour for eligible R.N.s with a BSN
Sign-on bonuses are also available:
- Up to $15,000 for eligible R.N.s
- Up to $7,500 for LPNs in select areas

Receive a $10,500 sign-on bonus
If you’re looking for a different way to care for others, NurseLine may be a great fit. In this role, you will guide people over the phone, answer their questions and help them to their next steps.
This is a chance to make an impact from wherever you are, while still using your skills to support your community.
The sign-on bonus is for new full-time NurseLine nurses and is paid over three years.
