Paying for your care

You want to understand your options and make paying for care as simple as possible. At Genesis, we’re here to help you plan and find what works best for you. 

Pay ahead

If you know you’ll be coming in for care, you can pay part of your bill ahead of time.

You may be asked to make a payment when:

• You schedule your appointment
• You complete your pre-registration
• You arrive for your visit

Paying ahead can help make your visit smoother and reduce what you owe later. 

If you have insurance

We work with many insurance plans and will bill your insurance company after your visit.

You’ll receive updates along the way, including:

• A statement showing we billed your insurance
• Updates as your insurance processes the claim
• A final bill with any amount you may owe

If you have a balance, we can help you set up a payment plan that fits your needs. 

If you don’t have insurance

If you don’t have insurance, we’re here to help you explore your options.

You may qualify for a discount, and we can work with you to:

• Set up a payment plan
• Explore programs like Medicaid
• Find other financial assistance options
