Here are some tips to help you know who to call and where to go, depending on your symptoms.

Visit your PCP by appointment for same or next-day availability. Reasons to visit may include: If you do not have a PCP, | The Genesis Primary Care Connection Clinic is for patients who don’t have a PCP and need follow-up care after being in the hospital or the Emergency Department. The staff ensures you have a smooth and stable transition from the hospital to home and will connect you with a PCP who can manage your care. Also, if you can’t get into your PCP for a same-day appointment, the Primary Care Connection Clinic can be used for acute symptoms. Reasons to visit may include: Genesis Primary Care Connection Clinic | The Genesis Orthopedic Walk-in Clinic treats acute orthopedic injuries on a walk-in basis with care led by our orthopedic specialists. Reasons to visit may include: Genesis Orthopedic | The team at Genesis FirstCare treats illnesses and injuries that need prompt attention but are not life-threatening. You can go to FirstCare for immediate care if you don’t have a PCP or if you need care outside of your PCP’s hours. Reasons to visit may include: FirstCare North FirstCare New Lexington | Walk in for serious or life-threatening illnesses and injuries 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Reasons to visit may include: Genesis Coshocton Medical Center ED |
