Impella® heart pump - The Impella® Percutaneous Hemodynamic Support Device is used in patients with heart failure and high-risk patients undergoing Percutaneous Intervention (PCI) stenting. Impella pumps blood from the left ventricle of the heart during a procedure to allow it to recover and rest.
