  • We meet with you to discuss your symptoms, medications and challenges in receiving care, such as getting to appointments or affording medications.
  • After you leave the hospital, we follow up to answer questions, review medications and remind you of upcoming appointments.
  • The Genesis Lung Center provides expert care, testing and education so you can feel confident managing your health.
  • If you need extra support, we connect you with services like:
    • Acute Care Clinic to help avoid the Emergency Department with same-day appointments. 
    • Palliative Care to help manage pain and ongoing symptoms. 
    • Pulmonary Rehabilitation to help improve your quality of life through education, exercise and support.
