Hemorrhoidectomy and Hemorrhoid Banding for Hemorrhoids

Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in the rectum or anus that can cause pain, itching and bleeding. While some hemorrhoids improve with lifestyle changes or medication, others may require surgery.

A hemorrhoidectomy removes troublesome hemorrhoids and can provide lasting relief when other treatments have not worked. Hemorrhoid Banding is a less painful way to treat internal hemorrhoids.

Surgery for Anal Fissures and Fistulas

Anal fissures are small tears in the lining of the anus that can cause significant pain during bowel movements. Fistulas are abnormal tunnels that develop between the anus and nearby tissue.

Surgery and other non-surgical treatments can repair these conditions, relieve discomfort and help prevent recurring infections or complications.
