That’s why we’re excited to welcome Deanna Osborn, D.O., back to Genesis Primary Care. Dr. Osborn brings more than 27 years of experience to Genesis, including seven years at Genesis New Concord Family Practice.

Dr. Osborn believes great healthcare starts with listening. She partners with patients to understand their goals, answer questions and develop care plans that fit their lifestyle.

“At Genesis, I feel like I am home,” said Dr. Osborn. “It’s important patients feel supported and confident about their health.”

By combining traditional and functional medicine, Dr. Osborn focuses on healthy habits that can improve overall wellness and help manage chronic conditions. Her approach centers on caring for the whole person and helping patients feel involved in their care.

“Primary Care is more than treating an illness,” said Dr. Osborn. “It’s about building relationships and helping patients take an active role in their health.”

In her free time, Dr. Osborn enjoys being with friends and family, boating and spending time with her dog.
