A healthy community needs a strong local economy. Genesis supports both.

Expanding workforce development through educational partnerships

Genesis partners with Muskingum University and Zane State College to grow the healthcare workforce in our region. These partnerships expand access to healthcare education and create pathways from the classroom to clinical care.

The next generation of healthcare

The Future Healers program launched in 2025 and introduces high school juniors to healthcare careers through hands-on learning and career exploration. The program is part of our broader effort to build the future healthcare workforce through job shadows, internships and learning opportunities.
