Yamini Patel, M.D., has joined Genesis Pulmonary/Critical Care Specialists with a focus on pulmonary and critical care medicine. Dr. Patel completed her fellowship in pulmonary and critical care at Corewell Health East William Beaumont University Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. She completed her internal medicine residency at The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and earned her doctor of medicine in biomedical sciences from St. George’s University School of Medicine in St. George's, Grenada. Dr. Patel has held several leadership roles, including Senior Administrative Chief and Internal Medicine Chief Resident, Fellow President of the House Staff Council and has contributed to peer-reviewed publications in her field. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in our community.
