Nicholas Hager, D.O., is a fellowship-trained and board-certified physician specializing in sports medicine. Dr. Hager received his medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Erie, Pennsylvania, and completed a family medicine residency at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Hager has provided medical coverage for professional, collegiate and high school sports teams, and has served as a team physician for organizations such as the Columbus Blue Jackets and Columbus Crew.
