Genesis HealthCare System received the American Heart Association’s (AHA) Get With The Guidelines® - Stroke Gold Plus award with Target: Stroke Honor Roll Elite and Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll as well as Get With The Guidelines® Rural Stroke Bronze recognition for 2023.
