Genesis COVID-19 Vaccination Details

We are not currently scheduling new appointments for COVID-19 vaccinations. We are at capacity for the amount of vaccine we currently have. However, if you are 75 years of age or older, you can still be placed on a waiting list to be called when we receive more vaccine. Complete the vaccine registration sign-up form.

Genesis HealthCare System is following the Ohio Department of Health guidelines to administer COVID-19 vaccinations to the most vulnerable community members first.

Please note, details may change based on the number of vaccinations received and updates from the state.

You must meet all requirements below to schedule your vaccination appointment with Genesis:

• You must preregister online. No walk-ins will be accepted.

• Genesis will start administering the COVID-19 vaccine to qualified and preregistered individuals in the age groups below starting:

  • Wednesday, January 20: Age 80 and older

  • Wednesday, January 27: age 75 and older

If you do not meet the current requirements for COVID-19 vaccinations, please check back in the future for a date you can schedule.

In addition, select Genesis Primary Care offices and select Northside Pharmacies will administer the vaccine in the future. Check back here for details coming soon.

The COVID-19 vaccine will be given in the Genesis COVID-19 Vaccination Center located in the former Elder-Beerman store at Colony Square Mall, 3575 Maple Ave., Zanesville. The only entrance to the vaccination center is an exterior mall door on the north side. Look for signage to direct you to appropriate parking.
