Babyland Memorial Service

Families who have lost a baby through miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy are invited to attend the annual Babyland Memorial Service.

Families who have lost a baby through miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy less than 20 weeks are invited to attend the annual Babyland Memorial Service. The event begins at 11:30 a.m. with an indoor service, followed by a processional to Mt. Olive Cemetery (on Rt. 40 East, Zanesville) where an outdoor service will be held.

Mt. Olive Cemetery has a special location known as Babyland where the service takes place. A special stone is placed at the site to signify the babies lost in the last year and to guide families to their babies’ resting place. Families who wish to have their infant’s name in the Memorial Service program should call Jana Bell, Women’s Services, at 740-450-6262 and leave a phone number for a callback.
