Here are some tips to help you know who to call and where to go, depending on your symptoms.

Visit your PCP by appointment for same or next-day availability.

The Genesis Primary Care Connection Clinic is for patients who don’t have a PCP and need follow-up care after being in the hospital or the Emergency Department. The staff ensures you have a smooth and stable transition from the hospital to home and will connect you with a PCP who can manage your care. Also, if you can’t get into your PCP for a same-day appointment, the Primary Care Connection Clinic can be used for acute symptoms.

The Genesis Orthopedic Walk-in Clinic treats acute orthopedic injuries on a walk-in basis with care led by our orthopedic specialists.

• Splints
• Other minor

The team at Genesis FirstCare treats illnesses and injuries that need prompt attention but are not life-threatening. You can go to FirstCare for immediate care if you don’t have a PCP or if you need care outside of your PCP’s hours.

• Sinus, ear or eye infections
• Puncture wounds
• Urinary tract infections
• Minor cuts
• Lacerations
• Pink eye
