Coal Miners Appreciation Day Is at Ohio University-Zanesville/Zane State

Zanesville, OH (Aug. 22, 2014) – The Coal Miners Appreciation Day will be on Friday, Sept. 5 from 9 a.m. to noon at Ohio University-Zanesville/Zane State College Campus Center. The center is located at 1425 Newark Road, Zanesville. The doors open at 8:30 a.m.

The event is for past and present coal miners, their families and friends. There will be free health screenings, educational speakers and refreshments.
