We’ll Fight With You – Cancer Awareness | Oct. 2020
Healthy eating is a great way to keep your weight and diabetes in check, so join us to learn how you can cook to stay healthy from Chef Clay Simmons of Genesis HealthCare System. You’ll sample the food demonstrated and take the recipes home to try for yourself. The Genesis Diabetes & Nutrition Education team will talk about the dangers of hidden sugars. You’ll also learn tips on how to make healthy choices when eating out and weight management facts everyone should know.
