Honor a Care Champion
When you or a loved one was at Genesis, did you notice someone who went above and beyond to care for you? Maybe it was a registration assistant who took extra time explaining something to you. Perhaps it was the housekeeper who cleaned your room with a smile and a story to brighten your day. Or maybe it was a doctor, nurse or technician who tended to your needs and gave you excellent care.
We have a way for you to say "thank you" to that person, honoring him or her as a Care Champion. You can send a tax-deductible tribute gift to the Genesis HealthCare Foundation, and a special note of appreciation will be sent informing your Care Champion of your generosity and appreciation. All contributions will be used to continue providing compassionate, quality care.
How to Honor a Care Champion
You can honor a Care Champion a couple different ways:
- Contribute online and type in the comments section that this is to honor a Care Champion. Please include Care Champion's name.
- Fill out this Care Champion form and send it to the Genesis HealthCare Foundation in the mail, along with your donation.
