Pediatric Rehabilitation Services
Many children have some form of disability, whether caused by physical 
trauma, disease or congenital conditions. Pediatric rehabilitation serves children who are developmentally delayed or physically challenged. Treatment programs are tailored to meet your child’s needs.
Physician Referral
To receive pediatric rehabilitation services, you must have a referral from your physician. Upon receiving a physician’s prescription for the evaluation/screening, an appointment can be scheduled by you or your physician.
