Imaging tests available at Genesis

Your doctor will help choose the best test for you. We offer many types of imaging, including:

Bone densitometry (DEXA scan)
Computed tomography (CT) scan
Digital mammograms with computer-aided detection (CAD), including 3-D breast tomosynthesis
Digital X-ray
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
Nuclear medicine scans
Positron emission tomography (PET)
Ultrasound

Make an Appointment

Most of the time, your doctor’s office will schedule your imaging test. However, you also may schedule your own appointment as long as you have an order from your physician. To make an appointment, call 740-454-4242 or 800-949-2720 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Appointments aren’t needed for general X-ray services.

Our CT and X-ray scans take clear images in seconds. Our MRI machines are designed with comfort and safety in mind. We also use quieter technology for certain scans, so your experience is as easy as possible.

We work with your doctor and your insurance company to help manage your visit. We will gather your benefits and handle billing for you. If you are paying on your own, we can help you set up a plan in advance.

Easy access to your images

You may need a copy of your scan results. We make it easy and secure to get your images without coming back in.

You can view and download your images through MyChart, your online health record. This gives you a safe way to see your information anytime, from any device.
