Your health and comfort while you are at Genesis is our number one priority, and we want your experience to be the best it can be. Every member of the Genesis team stands ready to provide outstanding service to you, your family and your visitors.

We Value Your Feedback
Your comments and suggestions after your visit are also important to help us continue to improve. That's why if you receive a survey, we hope you'll take a couple of minutes to complete and return it.
Patients are randomly selected to receive a customer satisfaction survey shortly after dismissal from the hospital or the outpatient cancer center. Occasionally, we also send a general survey with questions we use to compare ourselves against other hospitals throughout the United States. These results are available at www.hospitalcompare.hhs.gov. We have attached copies of the surveys if you would like to review them.
