Genesis Rehabilitation Services is offering a free running clinic.

The Free Clinic includes:

  • A demonstration on video software that analyzes your running technique
  • How to choose proper footwear
  • Recognizing and preventing common running injuries
  • Instruction on proper warm-up and training exercises
  • Learning about correct form during running
  • Signing up for a custom running analysis package performed by a licensed physical therapist

All runners are welcome - from competitive to recreational runners!
