Childbirth Preparation Class presents information to prepare for and enhance your labor experience. Topics include pain managment and epidural, induction of labor, C-sections, abnormal signs and symptoms, relaxation, helpful tips for support persons, and a tour of the labor unit.
This series meets 2 hours per week for either 4 or 5 weeks, depending on classroom availability. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring 2 bed pillows.
Birth Preparation Class is $60.00. No refunds for unattended classes. Make-up sessions are available.
Participants are responsible for submitting insurance claims. Attendance is advised starting around 8 weeks prior to your due date.
