Childbirth Preparation Class presents information to prepare for and enhance your labor experience. Topics include pain management and epidural, induction of labor, C-sections, abnormal signs and symptoms, relaxation, helpful tips for support persons, and a tour of the labor unit.
This series meets 2 consecutive Saturday mornings. Refresher patients only attend first session of these Saturday classes. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a bed pillow.
Lamaze is $60.00 and refresher will be $30.00. No refunds for unattended classes. Make-up sessions are available.
Participants are responsible for submitting insurance claims for reimbursement. Take this class 8 weeks before your due date.
