This class provides information to help you make the right feeding choice for you and your newborn. This class encourages breastfeeding, but presents information to help you decide which type of infant feeding is best for you. Any first-time mom or previous breast feeding mom will benefit from this class. Fathers or support persons are encouraged to attend. We recommend you attend between your sixth and last month of pregnancy. Class is two hours long and is attended one time only.
