Walk With a Doc
Looking for a way to gain exercise and knowledge? Join us for Walk With a Doc! The monthly sessions begin with a local doctor giving fitness tips and/or health advice, then leading a 30 to 40 minute walk. Doctors will also answer general health questions during the walk. The walks will be the second Saturday of each month, starting at 8:30 a.m. and lasting about an hour. Participants are invited to walk about a mile with the doctor at their own pace; you are always welcome to walk as far as you’d like.
