FirstCare only treats illnesses and injuries that need prompt attention but are not life threatening. So you receive prompt care, with the high level of quality you expect from Genesis.
Some examples of non-emergent illnesses and injuries include:
- Sore Throat
- Head Congestion
- Runny Nose
- Ear Aches
- Puncture Wounds
- Urinary Tract Infections
- Simple Skin Infections
- Minor Cuts and Lacerations
- Pink Eye
If you have any of the following we will be happy to help you, but you may need to be referred to Genesis Emergency Department:
- Chest Pain
- Trouble Breathing or Shortness of Breath
- Abdominal Pain or Persistent Vomiting
- Blood Clots or Swollen Extremities with No Injury
- Kidney Stones
- Chronic Pain
- Severe Headache
- Head Injury
- Dizziness or Lightheadedness
- Any Pregnancy Problems
