We are very pleased that you wish to expand your expertise within Genesis.  Please note below the appropriate steps to follow so that your request may be processed quickly and efficiently:

• Please print and complete side one of the Request for Transfer form in its entirety. Please do not submit an online application. 
• The Transfer form can be found by clicking here .
• This form can also be found on iGenesis (under ‘Forms’ or ‘Human Resources’) or can be picked up in the Human Resources department on the Maple Avenue campus. 
• Please submit the form to Human Resources (Maple Avenue Campus). Please do not fax as an original is required for processing of the request. 
• Please be sure to submit a separate request for each position in which you are interested. 
• You may apply for a position after the internal post dates. However, your request will be considered in addition with any external candidate applications received.

Current Genesis hospital-based employees interested in a position with a partner company:

• Please follow the steps below as noted for external candidates.
• Please keep in mind that you may not be able to maintain a hospital-based position if choosing to accept a job with a partner company.
