On Tuesday, Sept. 27, children in grades four through 12 will have the opportunity to learn proper jumping techniques and how to avoid ankle and knee injuries at the Genesis Basketball Clinic, sponsored by Genesis Rehabilitation Services. The clinic will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at Genesis Lifestyle & Fitness Center, 3620 Court Dr., Zanesville.

 

Children will learn how to jump properly and will be taken through a series of plyometric drills that will help them improve speed and footwork and jump higher.
